Home Watch is a vital service for all seasonal residents. This fact is indisputable. Professional home watch providers take the business of watching over unoccupied homes very seriously. It is a profession - not a hobby or a favor.

We offer three different tiered packages that vary in price. Our pricing model depends on your home model, square footage, and are tailored to your specific needs. All packages are quoted per month.

Home Reports
Our packages will include a comprehensive and detail report thanks to our software reporting system - QRIDIT. Please see image to the right. This is a sample of some of the questions that your report will contain. The report will be time and GPS stamped. Each report is customized to your home needs.

Customized personal requests will be provided and prices will vary.

Whether an emergency or you are looking for a non-routine home check, we've got you covered.
Construction Progress Checks
Keeping you well informed throughout construction with narratives and pictures. Offering weekly, biweekly or monthly checks.
Pre & Post Storm Checklist
Hurricane or big storm rolling in? We will run through our checklist to get your house ready!
Hurricane Shutter Installation/Removal
Before and after a storm we will install and remove your hurricane shutters. This service will be offered to our Home Watch clients only.
Pre & Post Guest Check and Visit
Have renters staying in your home? We will check in before and after their visit.
Car & Golf Cart Driving/Battery Check
We will take your car of golf cart out for a short drive, will check batteries, and provide report.
Meet & Greet Guests
Guests coming into town? We will meet and greet your guests to ensure they've got everything they need!
Walk Throughs
Not able to attend your home walkthrough? We will serve as your eyes and ears! We have a detailed template containing 75-115 items depending upon model/upgrades. We are not inspectors or engineers, but will make sure that before you sign on the dotted line you are aware of everything possible. We attend on walk through day and the day before closing. Each report can be forwarded via PDF to your construction manager, closing coordinator and the builder. This is also a great way to keep track of what gets done after closing while the warranty is still valid.
Contractor Visits
We can be there before, during and/or after the contractor visit.
Drone Services
If a client wants closer pictures and a detailed check of their roof, we will work with our trusted vendor to have a drone report as part of the post storm report.
