Hi, I'm Gary!

BRidge Home Watch is a full service, professionally trained, bonded, and insured Home Watch company, owned and operated by Gary Mindas and Sandy Skolnick.

 

As your neighbors, we understand the love you have for your property and home. When you leave your paradise for an extended period of time you shouldn't have to worry. 

 

We will serve as your eyes and ears while you are away. Superior communication and documentation will ease your mind. Our home reporting system will provide you with a  detailed report with photos and comments. When you return to your beautiful home, you will feel that you never left. The same holds true for investors.

They have received countless deliveries for us at their house and at ours, met trucks and supervised assembly of furniture. Gary has caught several crucial problems for us at the house including non-functional smoke detectors, filthy A/C filters, construction debris from another home on our grass and the list goes on. Call them to care for your home when you can't. BRidge Home Watch sends a detailed electronic report each time Gary is there with time punches and pictures. Hopefully we won't need it, but I know our home insurer would find it useful for a claim. They really care, and they are neighbors - great neighbors.
